Interior Designer

Responsibilities :
  • Possess at least Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture in recognized institution.
  • Provide creative input for design concept.
  • Responsible on translate a concept to design visualization.
  • Create mood boards/ layout plan and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Attend to all contractors queries and request for information as and when required.
  • To assist in producing all design, tender and construction drawings with specifications.
  • No working experience required.
Requirements :
  • AutoCad, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup.

Project Manager

Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for overall project management which include but not limited to planning, implementation, execution and completion of project successfully within the stipulated time, cost and quality.
  • Strategic planning and programming, coordination with client and consultant, technical problem solving.
  • Assisting Sales and Design teams in project implementation phase.
  • Coordinate with more than one project team members to monitor site development and overall progress.
  • Organize and participate in site meeting and ensure deliverables are met to clients requirements.
  • Supervise the site to ensure the project is on track and meet the deadline.
  • Familiar with interior renovation materials.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Lead and coordinate works amongst the project team.
Requirements :
  • Preferably 5 years working experience in Interior Fit out projects.

Site Supervisor

Responsibilities :
  • To supervise and monitor site workers efficiency and productivity of progress on site.
  • To follow up on progress implementation works.
  • To instruct, supervise and monitor subcontractors to meet proposed schedule and resolve site matters.
  • To attend all projects site meeting as well as technical meeting with client, consultant or subcontractor.
  • Record or submit daily report of work.
Requirements :
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience required.

Admin Clerk

Responsibilities :
  • Filling and other administrative duties.
  • Record and maintain data input of debtor, creditor and projects.
  • Projects arrangement and daily report.
  • Responsible for ordering, purchasing & receiving office stationeries and keep track on it.
  • Perform other ad hoc general admin related duties.
  • Handle logistics matter.
Requirements :
  • 1 – 2 years working experience required.
